Grew up through the Inter Youth System making his debut for Inter's 1st team in 1986. He later went on to play Serie A for Lazio and Atalanta. He soon returned to Inter as a coach in the Youth Sector where he has remained for the last 9 years. He has won an Italian U18 Championship with Inter as a player in 1984 and as as a coach with the U14s of Inter in 2003. He currently assists the U20 coach while acting as an overall Assistant Technical Director under Head Technical Director Beppe Baresi. This is the famous Inter Baresi who had so many onfield battles with his brother Franco who played for AC Milan. In 2003 the U14 Inter team which Monti was coach of won the National Championship. |  |

17 years a coach for the Inter Youth System Roberto Samaden has dedicated himself to the development of players 13 years and younger. So valuable is he to Inter that they have made him Technical Director of Junior Development (players 8 to 13 years of age). Apart from programming and coaching he oversees the Inter Campus Italia project where he has created an affiliation network of over 60 clubs in Italy which are under his supervision. He has published many articles & written many books for coaches. |
| Vincenzo Colagiuri
Vince has many years of youth coaching & coach education at club, rep, national & international level in Australia, Europe, Fiji & the USA. Coach Colagiuri has received National & State Coaching Licences & has Masters & Bachelor Degrees in Physical & Primary Education. He has development youth programs recognised by Soccer Australia & endorsed by the Brazilian F. A.On the field Vince has many years of professional playing experience, in Italy & Australia winning several NSL titles with Marconi. He currently continues to runs camps and an elite academy through Football Mundial. Vince is also a Coaching Instructor for Football NSW. |  | |
